Yes, our Jagua is 100% natural and skin-safe. However, since it is a fruit-based product, we recommend people with berry allergies perform a small patch test before full application.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
How should I store my Jagua gel?
To maintain potency, Jagua gel must be stored in the freezer when not in use. It can be kept at room temperature for up to 30 days during transit, but long-term freezing ensures the dye remains vibrant.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our natural gels, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your item arrived damaged or if there is a quality issue, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
Can I swim or shower with my Jagua tattoo?
Yes! Once the stain has developed (after 24-48 hours), it is water-resistant. We recommend avoiding heavy scrubbing or prolonged soaking in chlorinated water to extend the life of your design.
